Ultra lean and thinly sliced Corned Beef, fresh Kraut, Russian dressing and Swiss cheese are all “piled high on marble rye” and grilled to order. These great sandwiches are served with a really good, authentic New York deli Pickle and Chips.

Chicken breast fillets, marinated in our secret recipe, Sun Dried Tomato dressing, are broiled, tossed with fresh Basil Olive Oil and served on a bed of organic mixed baby Greens with fresh Mozzarella, sliced Red Onion, ultra sweet Grape Tomatoes, Cucumber and Olives….Balsamic Vinaigrette on the side.

The pride of the Emilia Romagna, especially in Bologna, is their Cheese Tortellini and Bolognese Ragu which we have married here in this very excellent, hearty special. The ragu is simmered for hours and hours with ground Pork, sausage, beef, fresh vegetables, fine Red Wine, whole Cream, Tomatoes, spices and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese.
